The man with no papers?

Or the one who moves as he pleases?

The man attacked for smuggling baby food for his kin?

Or the one who mocks the suffering of children?
¿O el que se burla del sufrimiento de los niños?

The man who works hard for his queen and kingdom?
¿El hombre que trabaja duro por su reina y su reino?

Or the one who hides and cheats with ease?
¿O el que se esconde y engaña con facilidad?

The man who struggles to live?
¿El hombre que lucha por vivir?

Or the one who lives to make others struggle?

Why do we question the man
¿Por qué cuestionamos al hombre

who works, cries, and fights for his loved ones
que trabaja, llora y pelea por sus seres queridos

until his dying breath—
hasta su último aliento—

yet never question the man
pero nunca cuestionamos al hombre

who cheats, lies, and defends himself to be honored?
que engaña, miente y se defiende para ser honrado?
